I will call or e-mail you back to arrange a time
and date for your FREE coaching session. This
session is a ‘no pressure and no obligation’
session and is really about two things – (1)
give you the opportunity to get a feel as to
whether Coaching will help you, and (2) to
establish a rapport. Rapport between Client and
Coach is very important, as without it coaching
will not work. My approach is professional, but
at the same time relaxed and friendly, so I am
sure we'll be fine!
Is Coaching confidential?
Yes. Anything you tell
me will be kept in the strictest of confidence. I
comply with criteria required by the Data Protection
Act 1998. I guarantee that your personal details WILL
NOT be passed to any third parties (except in the
case of police or other legal body).
Are there issues that Life Coaching doesn't deal with?
Yes. I am a trained Life
Coach and my non-directive practice is not a form of
therapy nor is it counselling - these deal with the
past and how it affects today. When I coach, I deal
with the here and now and from this moment on. I have
trained in Energy Therapy (EFT) and I find it a
powerful and supprtive tool which I use along side
Personal Life Coaching. Read more about my work with

I would always advise that with matters of addictions, marriage guidance, abuse, clinical depression etc. appropriate professional help should be sought. There are many organisations, with specialist qualified individuals and therapists, to help within these areas.

Do you Skype?
Yes I Skype - although I
prefer not to!!! The success of video chats does
depend on the quality of connection
How much does it cost?
I charge a flat rate of
£45 per hour, this applies to one-to-one coaching and
tele-coaching and video coaching. The cost of the
call is included (landline only) although there may
be additional costs to cover overseas calls. I can
accept secure on-line payment by credit card, via
Paypal. I will send you a confirmation e-mail, which
will include a link to a Paypal invoice, where the
details of your transaction will have already been
setup for you
Can I cancel?
Please give 24 hours
notice wherever possible.
