Never one to graciously sit still and be bored, I have always found change and the possibilities it brings motivating and inspiring! Not just for myself but others also.

In 2001, I was on a quest to find personal peace. Life hadn't turned out the way I had planned - and I had such great plans!

My first real experience of true freedom was on a boat. A sailing boat in the South of England. In the late 90's I became passionate about making sailing a big part of my life. I left my job, rented out my home and left for Cowes, on the Isle of Wight, where I trained to become an Offshore Yachtmaster. I had big dreams of making sailing my career. I did, for a short time, but life dealt me a hand that I wasn't expecting and those dreams were over.

I was very angry and frustrated and I didn't know how I was ever going to achieve a personal peace that was going to allow me to start feeling good about life again. I explored lots of things over the next few years - hypnotherapy, reiki, counseling, regression, astrology. They were interesting, I learnt a lot and I achieved temporary relief with all.

This was okay, for short periods, but I needed something that would give me more control of my life, long term. I tried out Life Coaching, which helped me enormously and I really started to move forward. I went on to train to become a Coach.

It wasn't all good. When working with my Clients it was soon apparent that although Life Coaching offered individuals personal potential for change, if there was an emotional barrier that was deeply routed in the past, then they would not be able to move forward to matter how much they were temporarily motivated.

In 2006, I experienced something new called EFT -
Emotional Freedom Technique. I got very excited about the changes I was able to make in my own life and I decided to introduce it to my Life Coaching practice. I attended training workshops in London and qualified as a Practitioner in 2006. I had found a tool that gave instant results and it had an immediate impact helping my Clients to move forward - those that really wanted to that is!

I help individuals on a part-time basis. The rest of my time is spent juggling my family (with new K9 addition), house renovating, soap making (another part-time business) and website development (another part-time business!). I strive for balance in all this - personal space and meditation are key!

I want you to live the best life you can – I have made that my job. I have no ulterior motives; my success is measured by your success! I hope you enjoyed my site, if you want to fill the gap between where you are now, and where you want to go then
